"Customer service was just okay"
They did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. This is where it got annoying: when they finally replied, the answer was basic and didn’t really feel that helpful. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either

"The Texture Was a Bit of a Whole Situation"
The taste was fine, but the texture was way too gritty for me. It felt so rough that it kind of took over the whole experience, which was a little tragic because I was hoping to like it more

"Hard to Feel Good About the Price"
I was expecting a lot more for what I paid, but when it arrived, it just didn’t feel worth the money. It kind of made me question whether I can trust the value they’re offering, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Got the wrong stuff"
I ended up getting the wrong stuff in my order. It wasn’t what I picked, so that was kind of annoying. Not sure how this happened, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting.

"Took forever to get here"
Ordered from palmettofarms.com and shipping was way slower than I expected. Tracking barely updated for days, then the package showed up late. Food was fine once it arrived, but wouldn’t order again if I needed it anytime soon.

"Not worth the wait for me"
I waited in the queue for ages, which already put me in a bit of a bad mood, and then the ingredient quality just didn’t live up to what I expected. It felt underwhelming overall. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve the ingredients.

"I ordered from palmettofarms.com and everything..."
I ordered from palmettofarms.com and everything did go through, but the site felt a bit slow on my end. A few pages took longer than I expected to load, and I found myself checking my cart twice just to make sure everything looked "right" before checking out.

Payment went through without any trouble, and I got the confirmation email quickly, so that part was fine. I just wish the ordering process felt a little smoother and easier to follow. Overall, not bad, just kind of "average" for me

"Good grits, just a little inconsistent"
I do like Palmetto Farms grits overall. The flavor is good and when they come out right, they’re really creamy. The weird part is I’ll cook them the same way each time, but some batches turn out smooth while others stay a little gritty. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I do wish they were more consistent.

"So much for “carefully packaged”"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was crushed, and the grits had spilled all over the place, so I had a mess to clean up before I could even use anything. They make it sound like the packaging is secure and reliable, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. Really annoying

"A bit of a letdown, honestly"
I really wanted this to be one of those little snack-time victories, but sadly, it just didn’t happen. The flavor was bland to me, even after I tried rescuing it with butter and salt like some kind of kitchen emergency. The texture was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. I probably wouldn’t order it again

"Pretty close to the grits I remember"
These taste a lot like the grits I grew up eating down South, or at least close from what I remember. The texture is good and they shipped just fine with no issues. I took off one star because the price feels a little high to me, though maybe I’m just being picky.
